We offer direct shipping across Australia, and we ship most items (large items & dangerous goods excluded) to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom from our distribution centre. We also ship to other countries on request only made via email sales@genuineedge.com.au

All orders are shipped from Lidcombe NSW within 1-3 business days (may vary during sales periods)

If you have selected a delivery option when you placed an order, you will be charged a calculated delivery fee based on the weight and dimensions of your order. However, if the cost to deliver the order to you significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are located in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER - If you have entered incorrect details or need to change or cancel your order, please contact us asap and we will work with you to correct the mistake (This may result in a modified delivery cost on your order if we do not update this before despatching your order).

TRACKING - Customers will receive updates on their order status via email. For further assistance, contact the support team.

PICK UP - Pick up is available from Suttons Genuine Edge, 16-18 Carter St, Lidcombe NSW 2141, you can visit our Lidcombe Superstore during business hours (7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) to collect your order. You will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pick up, please bring this email with you to make it easier for our staff to assist you.
